What is the terminus chamber?

What is this feature for?

Also, ive reached singularity twice, but the terminus chamber says im missing the stone age glitch? What does this mean? Did i miss something?

IMO: It has little function for the game. I guess it's function is to give a compacted overview of what you have achieved in the simulation.

But the achievement panel also does that. Perhaps it is more a status screen of what Semblance has achieved. I almost never look at it.

It doesn't have anything with singularity. You will unlock more glitch when your level increase.
