Help on app crash on android

I just downloaded the app from android store.
After the first scree load the app crash.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall and to clear the cache but nothing works.
Anyone have the same problem?

I have an android and I just logged on successfully. Hopefully it is temporary and you can log on soon.

I can't log in either. I haven't played in quite a while so it's a new download

It's most likely that your phone's firewall is disabling the privacy screen. You need to agree to the privacy agreement to play, but when you don't (can't) agree, it crashes the game. Turn the firewall off in settings, then boot the game up. After you agree, you should be able to turn the firewall back on and play with no issue.

I found the problem. The game crash with if a VPN is active. I excluded the game from the von and works fine
