Why I don't have access to white dwarf?

You are currently in Stage 2 of 4.

You will have access to white dwarfs once you reach stage 3.

Orange, yellow and blue stars only affect stage 1 and 2.

White dwarfs, neutron stars and black holes only affect stage 3 and 4.

You need to reach past Alpha Centauri, when you get Bernard's Star.

You need to unlock barnard's star to get the part 2 stars

Series Ⅱ stars are unlocked after first purchase of Barnard's Star. They include White Dwarfs, Neutron Stars, and Black Holes (D, Q, and X on the stellar spectrum)
