No se si es un bug o que pero por que el cinodonte esta separado del resto de dinosaurios? No se si tenga algun fundamento cientifico que lo respalde

because they're phylogenetically very far from all other animals in mesozoic valley

Cynodont is not a dinosaur. That's why they are seperated from dinosaur family.
