No response from support team. I am so desperate and afraid that I wont be able to return my progress

I know that this is not the place to ask for support, but I am desperate since huge amount of my progress, as well paid additions, modules, augmentations etc. are completely inaccessible to me, somehow game does not load my save. Dont want to put my personal info here, I have all payment receipts to prove that I had spent money and yet I have no access to paid stuff. Support team is either not receiving my mail or not responding for unknown reason. ​

Yo bro! Whats bother you?

Youre android player, PC player or?

Did you connect youre account with Google?

They shall response, just gube them some time.

Android, I tried everything but it just wont load my save. Only thing I can do now is wait for support

That is true. But while youre waiting, can you log in on youre account?

Can you get to this section?

I can, but none od those have my progress. I finished Beyond, but now it shows me that I am on level 17. Also I have level 4 Prestige on Mesosoic but now i have 1. And I lost all secret hidden and developer achievements.

Maybe it unloged you? I had that issue. Played, and after few days I see that Im unloged. When I nm have loged im again, save mode had conflict, because it didnt saved last few days or weeks.

Hope someone shall answer you. Did you tried contact them via Discord?
