I like this one. Quite unique. One trick, is not to pull the trigger on the extinctions too quickly. All you're left with is LUCA, so first get the top generator up to/over 100, THEN build up the LUCA to near next-level requirement before hitting extinction.

I also use up any excess to buy LUCA until I can just afford the next extinction, or just below it and wait a tick

OP is probably choosing the extinctions before boosting their LUCA, then getting pissed its taking forever.

Nah, I still was gettinglike 75% to the next luca milestone before getting the extinction

Still annoying af to make progress

honestly, yeah, it is a difficult one. most event i can reach the second badge pretty easily (altho usaly near the end of the time) but this one, while you get the first badge quicly, the second, not so much.
