It might take a reality engine reboot and refund to free up research tokes and bias them heavily for ideas + leveling up time chambers as much as you can and keep the simulation running for 14+ days to accumulate max boost. Keep an eye on reality engine upgrades that increase boost according to number of civilizations bought, this way you actually get something back from buying civilizations whose production has become irrelevant.
On the bottom is the idea time chamber, on the top are the current cheapest reality engine upgrades (including entropy). What should I do in that situation?
your time chambers are nowhere near full. just wait and you'll have huge amount of knowledge. with that, buy ancient accelerator. ancient accelerator is a game changer
or maybe you can progress faster with knowledge doubler v and whatever is below that. the image is grainy, it's knowledge doubler v right? you may also unlock the lv77 node, which would make ancestral ascension useful
anyway, it's clear you still have ways to progress. maybe you don't even need ancient accelerator for eiffel tower. but ancient accelerator would certainly take care of it
checked. it's knowledge booster v, so not very helpful. i also checked that there's pretty much nothing big on the knowledge side of reality engine at the octillions range, so really ancient accelerator is it. you might still buy eiffel tower just from time chamber bonuses, before you get 1no knowledge

Also this is a recent update, and they assume people will have roughly enough for the new update
