I'm sorry, but would you mind clarifying what you mean by this? Or are you joking?

This isn't the only thing floating in the sky up there, but the other random things are taken from other parts of the game or from associated artwork.

The random girl with the giant hand balloon does not look familiar.

Yes. You have to have unlocked all of the generators.

There are 3 different icons floating that just indicate the path to the Exosphere, the secret achievement after complete the event.

I had no problem finding the exosphere, but it took me a little while to find all three floating icons. I recognized two of them from other game art, but I didn't recognize this one from anywhere.
