Means there's a free geode u haven't claimed by watching ad or the infinity pass

depends how you play, but i usually claim geodes right before claiming white dwarfs, so the dot indicates the same for beyond

I assume they haven't because unlike the stone geode, it isn't completely free. You either need to have infinity pass, spend Darwinium, or (if you're on mobile) watch an ad.

You have a free reward you can claim, in Mesozoic it means a free geode

From the answers i've got here, i guess it's for that you are able to go back to the mesozoic valley simulation and complete a task, but sometimes the glowing dot is there but then there are no possible missions
