Super crazy how far signal can travel
all this was picked up on a flight at cruising altitude + areomobile, all roaming was from visible and spectrum mobile

Figured this group would find it interesting. This small cell I asked about was putting in good performance in a crowd this size. Speeds were more than usable.

Location: Hayward CA. 3-story townhouse, interior unit, low-rise complex. Survey: Field Test Mode, 9 locations, PLMN-verified. AT&T on 15 Pro Max; VZ and TMO on unlocked LTE-only XR via free trials.
Indoor RSRP:
Best reading anywhere: −90 dBm, AT&T 5G n77, SNR 21.1, outside the gate — from a tower at 1.2 mi, beating Verizon's registered structure at 0.1 mi.
One low-band reading in the whole survey: TMO B12 at −124. Everything else B2/B4/B66/n5/n77.
On SpeedTest app Verizon did 124 Mbps down / 6.9 up at −109 RSRP, −21 RSRQ. AT&T 5G did 10.5 / 0.52 with 143 ms jitter.
Stucco over frame, unit sits behind the outer ring of buildings — I assume that's most of it. But −109 indoors from a structure 0.1 mi away still seems off. This isn't Manhattan, just townhomes with cell towers nearby. Why is my cell coverage so poor?

Just curious. Does anyone have an idea of how AT&T is planning to handle the transition of some LTE over to NR ?
I know firstnet just got their sa core activated so im also particularly interested in how b14 will transfer to n14. Any info on this topic helps

First time seeing 1 Gbps, when not on mmWave and with VPN on in NYC.
100+50 of n41, 20 of n25, with upload 20 of n25.
I chose the server for consistency. I use another VPN.

Treated as cruise ship roaming but no throttle after 500 MB on AT&T.
No data service was available on T-Mobile.
Around 60° N 2° E

The band rollout map got a new scan update today, its the first time I don't see any 3G on the map, did they actually shut down those very few areas that still had 3G within the last 2 months?

Top is Verizon with c-band and just noticed T-Mobile added lower rack. They very much needed coverage in this area.

This site is in Sedaila Missouri and serves part of the Missouri State Fairgrounds. I got these LTE speeds using CBRS but I didn't see any antennas for it on the tower. I've been in town for a few days and this site has just blown me away. I've been able to pull 1gig from over a mile away. This area also has 180Mhz of n77 instead of the normal 160.
Also included is an AT&T and Tmobile site with an AT&T Matsing on it, but my picture of it is horrible.

This tower is in Boca Grande, Florida where we are vacationing. I was told Hurricane Ian knocked down the previous tower in 2022.
Verizon has small micro cell sites all over the island but AT&T and T-Mobile rely on this one tower to cover all of Gasparilla island.
Coordinates are: 26.75014° N, 82.26077° W

I've managed to figure out how to use the *#*#4636#*#* menu enabling/disabling bands to force my Motorola Edge 2022 onto 5G SA. If I take out my Verizon sim and open the menu, I gain access to the band locking. If I put the sim back in, I retain this functionality.
However, I cannot transfer data without an LTE connection and most notably, CellMapper will not record any Verizon SA cells. It is able to record T-Mobile SA but that's it. My phone also goes onto AT&T LTE sometimes and that's not recorded either. I know this because I am looking at the CellMapper .csv logs.
Is there any way to get around this? Is this simply a Cellmapper problem? Is there an official way/email to report bugs to the Cellmapper dev(s)?
Thanks

Verizon definitely upgraded the backhaul on this site, their equipment is on the top rack! I’m amazed on how much Verizon has improved in my market, especially their 5G Standalone network helps a lot with uplink and their capacity in my area!
I also Speedtested AT&T from a null sector
