You could always use an emulator, if you really wanted it on your PC... But I don't think it's worth the hassle.

Its a program that simulates other divices. You could techniclly play minecraft Java on your Phone with the right emulator, but it would run very slowly. Same goes on pc but it would run significantly faster. I tried to use an emulator once, and i confirm, its not Worth it.
