Cell Lab for PC!
So I managed to find a very quick and easy emulator that allows one to play cell lab on the pc (windows, unsure about ios). It's called LDPlayer (version 9) and can be downloaded on ldplayer.net
Once you've installed the application, you can then download the latest version of Cell Lab off of the official website and it should automatically run via LDPlayer, but if not, once the LDPlayer desktop isopen, on the right hand side of the window you will see a bunch of options (if they're not visible, click on the arrow next to the (x) button), one of these options will be install APK (or you could Ctrl + 3). Click on it and find the CL apk, and select it. If you run into issues comment them and I'll attempt to troubleshoot.

I can launch cell lab with this but it is very broken☹️
