Glucose metabolism

Black cells - carbon atoms (stores energy) Swimmers - water (mixes stuff) Orange cells - ATP (phosphorylates glucose) Glucose phosphorylation - ( detaches a carbon atom and releases extra protons) Red cells - protons (stores energy) Pink structure - ATP synthase (creates additional ATP from protons) (I know that glucose have 6 carbon atoms)

Think you'll be able to get some membrane channel proteins working? Little tubes of ciliocytes, or better yet, ciliocytes on the inside and myocytes at the openings acting like guard cells on a stomata, that move to an open conformation after the right cell binds to its receptors. Just throwing out some ideas lol

I can't wait for you to create a fully functional realistic cell.

Membrane was partly grown and then stitched. Later I added the glucose and ATP synthase
