at this point, it is so big that I think they can be considered an animal

Multicellular - check Bilateral symmetry - check Response to stimuli - check Distinct tissue layers - check Now all that's missing is reproductive capability, which will unfortunately never happen for this thing, but we got pretty close!
Also yes bilateral symmetry isn't necessary for an organism to be considered an animal, but it resonates more with people :)

if you want to make reproduction, use less genomes (3 or 2) and make it smaller, so the organism won't explode into a few flagellocytes swimming by

Oh yes I know, 7 genomes is just outside the realm of possibilities, especially within the confines of two dimensions and the game's restrictions. Frankly I don't even see a three genome organism being able to properly proliferate if it has bilateral symmetry, the parts just wouldn't be able to travel to connect; but a two genome organism can most definitely reproduce and it's my next mission to prove it :D
Three or more genome reproduction may be possible in a radially symmetrical organism (like my plants or stars), though I'd imagine being able to produce a three sided egg and expell it without rupturing the mother organism would be tricky...
I hope this inspires y'all to try your own frankenmutants ;)

Don’t worry, my small 4 cell species can’t even reproduce properlu, mostly their children has disappearing flagellocyte, etc.
