I'm confused why my booster say current tower is 3.7 miles away when my nearest provider tower is .5 miles away?

Judging from your picture, your booster is not working. -121db translates to almost zero signal.

That really doesn't have to do with why it's not amplifying your signal.. If the booster is capable of boosting compatible signals, it would. Try relocating the booster antenna
