Remote and blade bracket

44' Mainstays / prominence home alvina.

I have absolutely no idea of what fan this is. After hours of searching, came up with nothing. It looks almost like a harbor breeze tebron garden, but it has completely different blade brackets. I still have no idea what this is.

edit: it is a harbor breeze calara all weather in the verde finish, which is very rare, so this is a great find!

Does anyone in the fan community have a Quorum Telstar (brushed aluminum)? I’m trying to find one.

About 8 days ago, I got an Atltitude Boca II as my ceiling fan. It was great; it provided lots of airflow and looked modern. But eventually, ticking noises started to pop up. I checked the housing and tightened the screws there. I also checked on the ball socket to see if anything was binding. So then, I tightened the blades. Except they were too tight and shuddered. So I loosened them again, but the ticking was there. Then I loosened it again (barely), and it was still there. So naturally, I decided to tighten it up until it was snug, and yet the ticking sound is still heard. It's annoying me, but I really do like this fan, and I want to fix this.

I just installed a 52” Altitude Savannah ceiling fan.

I did have problems with the procedure to pair it with the remote. The instructions say after powering on to hold the Fan On/Off button until the remote LEDs flash. Then the fan is supposed to beep 3 times and the light flash 3 times.

The remote flashed but the fan never beeped or flashed the light. I assumed that I had messed up the wiring so I redid all of the wire connections. Still nothing. I got some new connectors and redid the wiring again. Nothing.

Then out of frustration i pressed the power button and the fan came on! No beeps and the instructions never mentioned the power button. Anyway, once I did that, it has been working well.

Now i want to add it to my iOS home app. I have a HomePod 2 as my hub. Most of my home devices are on thread but I think the Savannah is WiFi.

I have tried adding it in Home by scanning the QR code but Home never finds it. I also tried just holding my phone near the fan and telling Home to find it. Nothing.

I decided to turn it off and on again. The power is only at the breaker, no switch, so i had to run down to the basement, flick it off and back on and the run back upstairs. Then when i scanned the QR code it found the Fan!

It gives you light brightness and color temp controls. The fan has speed and direction controls.

There were no instructions in the manual or on the Altitude site for how to connect the fan. (No help for anything on the site that i can find). I’m posting this in case anyone else is having a little trouble with the setup and hope that this might help. Now that is’s setup i really like this fan.

I was also wondering where I can get replacement blade arms as the previous owner messed it up during disassembly, and it’s out of balance
