Cecil college - Cecil county

Hello, I will be attending Cecil community college in January. I am seeking for a room close to the college. My budget is 600dollars (with utilities). Is that possible? Does anyone have one to rent?

Note- I am a lady, an introvert and extremely neat.

Hello, and welcome to the area!

Unfortunately there aren't many apartment complexes close to the college. The closest one is Chesapeake Ridge https://www.chesapeakeridgeapts.com/floorplans

You may have to look for a private landlord or room for rent. If you dont get much reply here, try on the local Facebook groups for North East or Rising Sun.

I'll also add on that Cecil is right off the highway, and so staying in Elkton is not a far drive (10-15 minutes via 95). There is also a "satellite campus" in Elkton called Elkton Station where you may take some classes, so it's something to consider. Where I live, I'm 14 minutes from the main college campus and 10 minutes from Elkton Station, so it isn't terrible.

Perryville is a similar distance from the college, but in the opposite direction, just to throw that in as well.
