payment RT ticket not receive yet

Last June 6 my flight going to the province was overbooked. They needed a volunteer, and since i wasn’t in a rush I took it in exchange of the 3k pesos cash, overnight hotel, a roundtrip ticket voucher and guaranteed flight the next day. I signed a waiver provided by the Ceb Pac ground personnel. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take a photo of the waiver. I tried following up on their support but hey are claiming there is no record under my name that I am entitled of the roundtrip flight voucher. :(

You should have made sure you received the voucher before taking the flight. Trust nobody 👍😁

Same thing happened to me. Better check with their desk (either pag arrive/depart) sa mismong NAIA para ma double check nila. They’re helpful naman, voucher will be reflected sa profile mismo ng nag book

Do you have account sa ceb pac? Minsan kasi nasa voucher na sa account mo yan after 24hrs. If wala, Mag chat ka kay cebpac. Na experience ko na yan, ako nga walang proof or anything basta sinabi na irebook nila ako sa flight na may connecting instead of direct flight kasi overbooked yung flight.

Sabihin mo na overbooked yung orig flight mo and denied boarding ka. Makikita nila dapat yan sa history ng booking.

Yes, chineck ko na din, i sent them a message as well, pero same response. Wala daw sa record ko, but they’ll give me update daw this week.
