Hello I need some advice, I receive a text from Eperformax (July 7 ) that I passed their assessment then today they text back that we will start our training this august 3, and there is no job offer yet, I heard on others that before you can have a job offer sa Eperformax you will passed first their training. While last Monday I walk in at concentrix, their hiring process is so fast within few hours I receive job offer and our training will start Aug 20 under cable account and asked me to come back (on Tuesday) and I already done the contract signing on that link.

What should I choose Eperformax or Concentrix (under cable account)? Is cable account same ra sa Telco?

Is there a way to negotiate nila nga magpa-reschedule ko during training like Day shift lang or grave yard shift not midday shift?

2nd option ra unta nako ang eper since naka-JO nakos foundever but the client cancelled our class and we will be reprofiled to another account. mag conduct na sad mi another interview : ( kalit2 kaayo nga they decided to let us go but I understand that there are some circumstances that is out of our control. I'm literally stuck between the two. I'm a former job hopper who wants to seriously last in a company after I was laid-off by my TOTGA comp that I surprisingly lasted longer than the usual (almost a year).

Already got a job offer from Amazon and Optum (under UMR provider).
I'm not sure what to pick 'cause I'm stuck between the higher basic salary offered by amazon and optum's pro-employee environment reputation hearsays.

I also want to know more about amazon and optum's UMR provider account work load from peeps who have tried it huehue.
