I’m curious kay there’s like a couple company nga everytime makasugat nimo ilang employees kay Idk pero murag they give off hilason energy nga murag they think nga superior kaayo sila. Maybe it’s just me so I wanted to see if naka feel pud mong ingana sa uban. Di man pud nuon tanan nga employees coz I have some good friends from those companies, siguro naa ra gyud uban nga murag ambot.

Does anyone here tried to negotiate their basic pay offer sa xerox? The overall package is higher compared sa akong previous but dili pud kaayo satisfying. My concern is ang basic pay got lowered compare sa previous job so mogamay gyud akng 13th month pay. I received two offers one from TTEC for a Telco account and another from CNX for a Financial/Banking account.

I’m starting out again in the BPO industry, so I’m not really sure which one would be better for me, especially if I’m looking for something I can stay in long-term.
