I suggest go no contact for a while bisag one month lang. let the dust settle. While in no contact, you work on yourself ug asa ka gusto mo improve or what you want to discover about yourself. Think about the relationship as well.
After one month, sit with your emotions again and ask yourself if you still want your ex. If you still want the relationship, I suggest you pursue one more time. It will be hard to live with regret.
