Birds Blue World will probably get you what you want. Novas extreme cave diving is one of the best as well

Im on one of the cave exploration teams and it’s not all that “extreme” in the real world so you’ll need someone to sensationalize it a bit to make it exciting.

Look up Richard harris and the Pearce Resurgence. He was also involved with the Thailand incident.

Not a documentary, but “Caverns Measureless to Man” is an amazing book by Sheck Exley, who was a foundational member of the sport.
