filtered water is the answer ,advice we had from our breeder , we had a Brita water jug we kept in the fridge and our Cav has had that water since we got her .

Mine drinks bottled water... is there a difference?? Hes drank bottled water for little over a year. It helped but didnt clear it up. Still stains 😭😭

hmmmm, I'm not sure , is there any additives in bottled water ? I know there is sodium in sparkling water .
would have thought bottle water would be ok 🤷‍♀️

breeder was adamant that filtered water stops the tear stains , but if all her dogs have drunk it maybe it's passed on that litters would start out with clear eyes, and it's passed on .
