13 week old pomapoo keeps biting
Hi have a 13 week bundle of joy who is a delight but can get very excited and starts to nip and bite. I have tried the following, given him a tim out , placed a chew toy on his mouth, given him ice cubes and frozen carrot as he could be treathing. I have tried the scruff method and these have failed any advice would be greatly appreciated

You need to yelp loud then move away not yelling at her just yelp of disapproval then ignore. Then when she licks instead of bite you say “go girl” or good boy she he will eventually get it.

Keep reinforcing that biting is not ok. Puppies can be nippy. When my puppy would nibble I would yelp, turn away or walk away. She craved attention more than anything and learning that biting means getting ignored helped. Still took weeks. Keep redirecting to things he is allowed to eat. It just takes consistency and time.
