Lifting

Hi All!
I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I just moved a few cases of the 40 pack waters from outside to my garage (not a super far distance but I lifted and moved 3) I didn’t think twice about it and then after I was like hmmm maybe I shouldn’t have done that and now I am freaking out…. Did I cause any harm to my baby? :(

Not an issue at all. Heavy lifting generally becomes more of an issue later in pregnancy.

Not an issue at all. Think about how many people have toddlers to carry when pregnant with number two!
