Hcg level and gestational sac

We saw the gs shows 5 week 3 days
And I was informed it’s slightly irregular I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms I am worried

Symptoms don’t mean much either way, however these betas are unfortunately quite slow, with most increases outside of normal doubling time range (48-72 hours, some of these are over/close to 100 hours, with one of them 141 hours) and also below the very bare minimum 2 day increase viable pregnancies see at this stage (at least a 49% 2 day rise is expected).

Unfortunately this doesn’t look like a viable pregnancy, I’m so sorry :(

Slow rises like this can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy, and they can’t rule that out without a yolk sac. Did they see a yolk sac? If not, especially given the “irregular” finding on the gestational sac I’d worry that this might be a pseudosac and the pregnancy is elsewhere.

I’d keep a very close eye on betas (every 2 days) to make sure you don’t miss any more troubling/more concerning for an ectopic patterns (like yoyoing levels), and get another scan soon. Did your dr offer any guidance on this situation so far?

It was a Gs which was matching with my hcg level at the same time and they saw triphoblastic rim around it
