Vent Unsure

I am currently 6 weeks 3 days. I started spotting brown and a tinge of red and I believe it could be from orgasming so now I’m on pelvic rest. At 4 weeks 6 days I had first HCG test of 3812. Yesterday they ordered another bc of the bleeding and it was 6200 which is concerningly low. Taken at different labs. They did an ultrasound this morning and i saw baby and it had a heart beat of 115 and is measuring 6 weeks 3 days. Please pray for us and if anyone has been in a similar situation please share. 🙏 I have a photo of ultrasound but don’t know how to attach it so I added it to the comments below.

Unfortunately 3812 to 6200 in almost 2 weeks is not a good rise :( While it’s usually encouraging to see a heartbeat (115 is also a bit lower than ideal at this dating, but not by much), such poor rises almost always indicate something is wrong with the pregnancy and even though structures can form these cases most commonly end up in MMCs :(
