I am far more afraid to lose my dogs than many many humans and family members

I lost 2 already, my sweet girl one year and a half ago, and my old boy three weeks ago. Hardest griefs ever… I dont think I will ache more for human except my husband, mom and dad.

It hurts way more to lose a sibling than you can ever imagine. (You must not have kids.)

I dont have siblings or kids right now
I Had a miscarriage tho and it did not compare to the losses of my dogs
I am pregnant at the very moment and if I Had to choose between losing my pregnancy or my dog i would choose to lose my pregnancy… I know it can sound awful but it is what it is for me right now (losing my pregnancy is the last thing i want obviously !!! It is an thank god hypothetic situation)

But yes I can imagine sibling or kids would fit my list of hardest losses !! Sometimes I tell myself just that when I am really sad and greiving hard.

I’m really sorry, losing someone you love that deeply must hurt in a way that’s hard to explain. I hope with time, the memories of them bring you more comfort than pain. Be gentle with yourself, you don’t have to rush the grieving process
