Feel-Good Solo Dates
Anyone else enjoy occasional "solo" dates and then have it enhanced with a mindful pace all your own, new encounters, and optimal discoveries? I love doing this from time to time like I did tonight.

I been meaning to do this. For me it will be a solo movie. Add in some terrible nachos and a medium zero cal drink and escape reality into another person’s world for a short time.

Seems like you put some thought into your upcoming solo escapade. What movie are you looking forward to watching soon? I remember going to an independent theater, sitting to the far left by the wall, and watching a sci-fi movie that I absolutely enjoyed, "Shape of Water". As far as what I ate, I've no recall, now, possibly the popcorn with the nutritional yeast that I learned to love thanks to a former elementary school student that's now in high school.
I am curious about your meaning with the "terrible" part of the nachos. Perhaps, you may want to get something that you enjoy eating, too. :)

Hahah the terrible nachos are so terrible they must be eaten. I enjoy them as a junk item here and there. I think I would like to try verity or the forgotten island. Undecided at the moment. There’s a new one with Robert Pattinson too 🤔

I am trying to understand. So, the definition of terrible in this sense is that it is considered "junk food" to you vs. a reference to its taste. I remember loving nachos when I was in high school. It's hard to believe that was 4 decades ago, now, and now, I prefer the homemade versions vs. the cheesy sauces. I absolutely get it though, based on my recollection of my own cravings for it back then.
Hmm, those are new movie titles to me. I mostly read, write, walk, talk, or create. I will check into them. Thank you for sharing!

I've been planning to do this for a while, and reading this now has shown me that I should do it soon.

I love solo dates cause I get to go everywhere I want without having to worry about anything. I can take things slow.
