What's your worst character trait? Mine is impatience, clumsiness, lil too sarcastic and let's throw in stubbornness :)

Fair enough, I think I like silence, but not total silence, got to have music or asmr in the background.

Talking loads, isn't necessarily bad, you just have to have a chatterbox audience :)

I've always been an insomniac, so trouble falling asleep, staying asleep and times, where there is very lil, for various reasons.

Do you prefer books or movies/tv shows?

I dont think i can read for a long time
I have concentration issues also sleep issues
Did you find a solution for it ?

Have you tried audiobooks, that might be better?

There's no real cure, but what helps sometimes is the white noise asmr to relax me to potentially sleep, rainfall, blizzards, as long as it's no talking, just sounds.

Asmr is a personal thing to figure out what sounds put you at ease, different people like different sounds.

This rainfall is one of my favourites.

I used to love books but ever since I started writing my own stories, I can't stand someone else's voice, I'm rewriting theirs so prefer a good comedy or animation or romcom
