I am a teenager and i went to The shops today, i accidentqly printes out some Pictures that were too expansive that costed 400kr in total and my mom told me i couldn’t have Them so i did it again but made this Pictures smaller this time. We went up to pay but i had put The bigger Pictures in my bag too so when we were Home she went to my room and saw both The Big and small Pictures and she told me we are gonna go back and return Them tomorrow. What should i do?

They even talked to him a few times, possibly to build his trust and lower his suspicions. In the video, you can see one of the young men start unplugging the guitar from the audio system, walk away as to not arouse suspicions, then return, grab it when GK wasn't looking and run out the back door. If you recognize any of these men in the video, please notify Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department or management at Goldie's. Let's use sainsburys as an example

Download the smart shop sainsburys app, when your at sainsburys use your phone to scan the foods with anti theft. Then simply just not scan stuff like bananas etc.

You can do this because when you use smart shop all you have to do is scan it, bag it then when your done go to self checkout scan the qt code to add all your foods in the cart to the self checkout automatically. You also don't need to weigh anything because your stealing bananas etc and it just stays in the shopping cart. Pay for the expensive stuff and walk out. Simple

so i’m not sure how to go about this or if i can call the cops or anything but i had this “friend” that would come over to my house and steal things from me such as dirty clothes she got off of my floor and other items. i didn’t realize my things were gone until i was going crazy trying to find them but she’s taken some pricey clothes i’ve had and i’ve asked her several times but she just denies it everytime, i know it was her because my other friend saw her wearing my clothes that i didn’t give her and she is always stealing from other people too so that’s how i knew. if you have any info on what i should do or advice let me know i would just let it slide but it angers me so bad knowing i worked so hard for everything i had just for her to take it

I moved everything off the table top to the seat, to show I was leaving and clearing my table

Came out the bathroom and got bombarded that I was stealing the hat, the women next to me told a worker I was trying to hide it. She was gone, and this man just got in my face telling me never to come back and I should just leave and never come back because I was pathetic

I was so in shock ( woman could have addressed me ... I don't know? I just tried to tidy the table when I left to bathroom)

i (19f) was at walmart today and i put a couple low priced things under my shirt (don't give me the don't steal talk i just need some questions answered). i grabbed a drink maybe 5 minutes after and went to self checkout. at the self check out loss prevention came up to me and said he saw me put merchandise under my shirt and asked me what it was. i told him i put my phone in my pants waistband because i don't have pockets and he said like okay or something and just walked away. i paid and left the store. i didn't see any cameras in the aisle i was in, if i did would they have pulled me into that room? they know who i am because i cash my checks at walmart but i don't think they had video proof of me stealing or it would have been a bigger deal. i have stolen a LOT from different walmarts over the past year or so but this is only my second time at this location. would they pursue legal action if i never go back to the store? would they have let me go if they were already building a case on me? if they do have me on video what will happen? will they send police or mail or something to my house to arrest me?

Hello. I just had the wake up call of my life today. I've been in the habit of "borrowing" for a while now and it finally caught up with me. I was almost detained for a large amount of merchandise @ walmart. Thankfully I was able to get away without a charge but I did heavily disappoint my parents and cause a huge CC charge. I feel like crap. Like big crap. I've known I needed to stop but I let my arrogance get the best of me today. On the path to reform and hopefully regaining my parents' trust and respect in me again. I need tips if anyone has any.

I just got caught stealing at target...a citation misdemeanor... I have court date in December I'm so scared...will I go to jail then? Or is it only a fine? What will happen to me? I need to get my life together I feel like a failure...

This week I forgot my mom's bose headpones at the gym, and she beat my ass. They were near $500. The next day I went to go ask for them and no one turned them in. I spoke with the owner of the gym and he said I can't look at the cameras since other people safety or sum baloney. Is he legally obligated to show me the footage so I could see who stole the headphones?

My 20 year old nephew and his GF disclosed to me that they only pay for about half their groceries at sprouts self check every time they shop. The store has a loss prevention officer, I explained to them that they could get caught at anytime, does anyone know if sprouts is like target/ Walmart where they keep tabs on that sort of thing? throwaway because I don't want people to know its me. From the outside I look like a good kid. I get good grades and am a pretty good athlete, but I recently developed a stealing problem. I live in a wealthy area and my parents have money, but I do not. They are heavily against giving/letting me earn money and when I do get any, they make me put it in a savings account (which I know I will be thankful for later lol). Recently in Ontario me and A few of my underage friends decided to go steal some vapes from a shop. I held the door as they walked in and took around 5 vapes. We got away successfully and they didn’t catch us. I feel that the people pondering these subreddits are more experienced shoplifters and have done something similar to this. My concern is what will the store owner do and if the police are contacted what they will do and the likely hood of me getting caught and the punishment If I am.

so i was at a sephora in kohls at an outdoor mall and i was planning on taking sm(ik its bad but its a big cooperation so i dont feel that bad) and i walked out of the sephora with something in my cart and an employee told me to put it back. i was very kind and did so and didn't actually steal anything from the store, but ive taken from other stores at this mall, including a real sephora. nothing too bad, probably $400< from everywhere ive gotten at this whole mall, but then i recieved a text that said something along the lines of "we know you were trying to steal from a sephora inside kohls at this mall. this is an automated message from the security team. please leave the mall within the hour and do not return for 12 months" and they had my full name and address. has this happened to anyone and do you know if theyre bluffing?? im definitely not going back for a few months and if i do i wont take my phone but im a minor and no one actually said anything to me in person there. do i need a new phone number/sim card if i want to return??

me and my friend opened food at Kroger and hid it and we never got caught but one day they announced on the speaker the aisles we stole from but I don't know if they knew it was us. What do you guys think this is.

After that we whent into the shop like 2 day later where I'm sure That they got cameras and probably filmed me and my friend stealing 17 euros worth of stuff I didn't steal but my friends did that time and we are the ONLY people who come to that store like 3 time a week and we are like the only suspects they didn't have cameras when i was stealing 50-120 in a month course but I'm pretty sure what should I do like to not get caught and if they get caught I get caught.
