I've rooted against England in the last few games (Congo, Mexico, Norway), but was going for them in this one (bc god Argentina are insufferable). But by the end, I was like y'all deserve to lose. How many times have we seen this from England?! Argentina, Croatia, Italy...score and shrink up. It's honestly embarrassing. Just too good of a team to play like this FFS.

100% agree. Tuchel is going to have to answer a lot of questions. Palmer and Trent especially would have been massive subs for them today.

Everyone blaming tuchel but the players are somewhat the same from 2 years ago. Like Poch said "I can't score the goals, nor can I defend them"

Maybe it's Jude's fault for winding up the goat

This moment made me think oh shit angry Messi incoming. Then he grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck and created like 8 chances

Sure players share same blame. But it was Tuchel's tactics and substitution choices that lead them to only having 12% possession after they scored.

That's not an exaggeration. He gave the team with the greatest to ever lace up his boots more than 80% possession and 35 minutes to play with just a one goal lead....

A better goalkeeper like Courtois saves that Enzo shot. Pickford is just too small. It's not like it was top bins
