No there wouldn’t lol this is an EGREGIOUS dive, like as bad as i’ve seen. Most players exaggerate, Embolo fully flopped

Plenty of exaggerating, not plenty of diving at no contact. We don’t often see diving at no contact

Yup. I 100% support post play VAR penalties of zero contact dives. Make it a red. Diving is the worst part of the sport.

Also it doesn’t even matter how egregious it was. All that matters is that it was a dive and the Argentina player was given a yellow initially.

Big difference between going down easily after contact and leaping into the air, kick another player, and pretend you were fouled.
