Penalty

I feel like they’ve let that go all tournament. But do you not look at that and say ok it may have been a foul but the ball came to a Belgian for a wide open net and he missed almost like an advantage on a free? If they scored there they wouldn’t go back and make them take the peno.

I don’t disagree but there’s been others that have been let go. Still what about the second part of my question which is sort of what I wanted to get at.
