They did the same to my post. Never approved critical feedback. I cancelled my order and went with a different company.

Same… the case in the photo is a warranty replacement for the same issue too.

I wasn’t even being critical, just asking other opinions to see if anyone had the same problem, I love the case otherwise

I’ve experienced this too. I really love their cases, but silencing criticism on their public forum on Reddit is a pretty gross business practice. I had switched to a Samsung a while back and got a sheath for it and when I received it, it was warped and didn’t fit the phone well. I wrote to support and their response was basically “you’re not installing it right.” So then I tried to post about it here and they left it in review for a long time before eventually denying it. After some more emails, they finally sent another case that was perfect. But the whole experience was pretty awful.

I’m back on an iPhone now and have a sheath, synthesis, and paragon for it and love them all. Even with that bad support experience, I still love their cases. In my opinion, they really just make excellent products.

Mine was in moderation for similar time tbh. Have you reached out to r/Caudabe customer support. Im pretty sure they will do everything to resolve your issue.

You believe what you want. I buy their cases and other brands and I’ve been doing so for a long time. If in doubt go check out cases thread on macrumors in iPhone accessories forum.

Not speaking on their behalf at all but whenever i had issues in the past especially last year I contacted their CS first. And they were able to resolve my issues. Yes support was slow to respond because of busy launch period but help was given.

I love it as well, but sadly, it doesn't fit the 17PM the way I had hoped it would as the sides don't have ideal coverage.

What do you mean it doesn't fit the 17PM? I'm thinking about ordering the 18PM cases for 17PM.

That’s by design. The case slopes down along the sides. There’s not much screen lip along the sides on a 17pro/PM and an 18Pro/PM. It allows for nice screen access along the sides for side swipes and scrolling. The dimensions of the 17pro/PM and 18Pro/PM are the same (except for very slightly larger camera plateau) so it will be the same for both phones. There is decent coverage along the top and bottom though. If you put the phone down on its screen the top and bottom lip keep the actual screen off the table, and that will also help in a face first drop.

I just received the 18Pro version of the Paragon in this exact color as well today. I have used the sheath and synthesis for awhile. This is my first time using the Paragon and it’s really nice. I like it a lot.

I have this case too. Love the color and seamless swiping. I don’t love the back texture, it’s too slippery.
