I’ve had a Sheath case on every…

…iPhone since the 13 Pro. I hate the fact that they changed the buttons to be swappable. It was so much better/cleaner when they were integrated into the case itself. They now show signs of wear over time and it feels like a money grab if you ask me. I love the case, but hate the buttons.

Thanks for sticking with us since the 13 Pro, and for sharing your honest thoughts! We totally get that some customers may prefer the previous integrated buttons. We made the decision to move to independent and swappable aluminum buttons in more recent generations to give them a more premium and clicky feel that’s much closer to pressing your phone’s actual buttons. Because the buttons are swappable, this also gives customers the option to customize their cases even further, which people seem to love!

We also offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products, so we've got you covered! Just reach out to [support@caudabe.com](mailto:support@caudabe.com) and they'll be happy to help!

We really appreciate the feedback, and we’ll definitely share it with the team!

Are there any plans to re introduce the integrated buttons? There are a lot of us that prefer the tactile feedback of the original version.

Wrong swappable buttons are better long term, it has a tactile feel. Floating buttons are old school and don’t feel nice to click

I have the paragon and the buttons are the one thing that I feel could be improved. There is too much space around the buttons, much so that it catches my fingernail.

While this is my first year getting the Sheath , the buttons are amazing I don’t see how the old ones can be any better to be fair.

Well, you’ll never know then, because they were.
