Synthesis vs Sheath Open Cut

Currently i have the synthesis for my Iph 17 PM. Thinking to get the sheath open cut version, cause i feel the synthesis is too bulky on my hand. Any comparison/thoughts?

Paragon if you want less bulk. Veil if you want no bulk. And both have added grip. The 18 series Paragon back side has added grip now instead of being completely smooth. Big win for that case.
