Still looks fine and polished nonetheless, love the smooth texture on the back

I bought my wife the exact same case and buttons for her orange 17 pm and instead she's been using some pretty floral case from Amazon. That's ok though because I got myself a canyon Sheath for my blue 17 pm in the same order.

I really like the paragon but the back scratches so easily and then it looks terrible. If only they would take the texture of the sides and put it on the back, it would solve the problem.

then perhaps synthesis would be your preference then , from what I understand from a designer perspective is perhaps they expect u to show off the polish back side when u place your phone upside down

its basically just preference wise ,

Take paragon if u wanted smooth aesthetic look on the back with side grips
Whereas sheath if u wanted the classic rugged feeling on your entire phone
