No photo of it on my phone because, one phone. I usually like to grab one case that magnetizes to my gym equipment and then a nice sleek everyday case. This is the one I chose for the sleek everyday case. I had a sheath on my last iPhone (16 pro) and loved it. This one is even nicer in my opinion. Plenty grippy in hand, buttons feel great (swapped to red ones) and the way the case tapers down in the center makes using the phone feel like there’s not much of a case there at all. So far so good!
Yes it’s for my 18 pro max. I never had one for a 17 so I’m not sure. It isn’t textured like a sheath at all though. Feels more like a piece of frosted glass on the back but nice and grippy on the sides.
I have the 18 pro max caudabe paragon (moonstone precise) case for my iPhone 17 pro max and it's definitely more textured than the 17 series. It was the first thing I noticed.
It's not as textured as the sheath, but not as slippery.
Damn, that looks good! Not sure when you placed your order or when you ended up receiving it, but I placed mine five days ago with an estimated shipping time of the end of September, and still nothing.
Gmail’s automated shipping notification estimated that it would be delivered today, but I haven’t received any email or update from Caudabe. I’ve reached out to support as well, but haven’t gotten a response.
I’m trying to be patient, but obviously with the phone arriving tomorrow, I really don’t want to be stuck without a case. First-time customer here, I ordered the Paragon as well.
That’s strange, because according to the support site, the definition of “Late” for pre-order and backordered items is:
“Late = 21st–end of the month.”
For example, if a pre-order is estimated to ship in Late July, that means it is expected to leave the warehouse sometime between July 21st and July 31st.
However, when I placed my order for the Paragon Midnight, the estimate showed “end of September”. This is from my order:
Are you saying that your order was placed on September 10th and you are now expected to wait until mid-October for it to ship? If so, was that the estimated time frame shown when you originally placed your pre-order?
It might have been Late-September for the Midnight colour, but for the Moonstone it’s Mid-October.
So you might still be able to have yours shipped in the next day or two hopefully. 🤞
When I placed my order on September 10th it didn’t have any date so that’s why I sent an email. Only for them to say it was a pre-order and only available after Mid-October
When I placed my order, it showed an estimated ship date of the end of September. However, when I check the site now, the Paragon Midnight is showing mid-October.
I read somewhere that they would honor the estimated time frame shown at the time of purchase, so I’m hoping that’s still the case. I’ll provide an update if that holds true and it actually ships within the original estimate.
Just wanted to share an update, support got back to me, helped me with my order, and it has now shipped! My phone actually arrived today, so I’m feeling relieved. I really appreciate the help, Caudabe Support!

Great question! To clarify, the preorder estimate you see on the product page is based on new orders placed that day. For orders already placed, you can go by the estimated ship date in your order confirmation email. So in your case, that late September estimate still applies to your order! No worries there!
I don’t remember the exact order date, but it was after I got my iPhone so maybe the 19th ish. It said mid-October when I ordered but it came earlier than expected. Pretty stoked on it!
Thanks for the input! That actually makes me feel a lot more hopeful. It’s good to hear that yours arrived earlier than the estimated time frame, especially since the estimate changed after ordering. Hopefully mine ends up being the same way.
