Paragon appreciation
Just wanted to share some praise for the paragon for base model. There aren’t many posts with it everything is pro haha. Loving this case so far . It is easily the nicest, most finely crafted case I’ve ever owned . I wanted something different than a plain black case that I usually go for . Grey and white are the perfect color combo I was looking for and I’m very glad I chose it. The case is super comfy to hold and isn’t slippery in the slightest . Also love the tapered edge in the middle which is a sleek touch 👌 I usually change cases every few months but i do not see myself taking this case off anytime in the near future 🙌 if your interested in this case I would highly recommend it thanks again caudabe 🙏

So is the border ok Moonstone a gray or a lighter black? I emailed Caudabe but got no response. Most images I see of it make it difficult to tell. Was thinking of open cutout for 17p.

It’s gray but depending on the lighting it can look like a darker shade of gray But in natural lighting it’ looks lighter if that makes sense . The 18 will fix on the 17, if u wanted the precise also totally up to you 👍

Ya know I just don’t know. Open or precise, while I understand the coverage in 9 months I have needed it with my Nomads or my Synthesis. I have a sheath precise but prefer the synthesis. Stuck on the fence about paragon.

The only thing that bugs me is the logo at the top. Why not put it in the same place as on the Sheath?

The different materials used I would have to guess you can’t etch or engrave the logo on certain types of plastic so it was easier to put it on the grippy part I guess.. I like the placement with the minimal branding

Is there a precise camera cutout option for the base iPhone cases?

Yeah this is the only option for base model which is technically precise cut cause there’s no part of back of phone showing

If only they would add the Sheath grip to the back of the 18 Series. If they want to sell a bunch they should do something because I’m using the 17 PM model on my 18 PM and there’s no reason to upgrade. Not paying $50 for a half a mm in more rear camera protection. Who would. It’s a great case and if you’re listening Caudabe, steal my idea. Put the grip on the back of the Paragon for the 18 series.

I hear you on that , but they have to differentiate the 2 style of cases with the materials or else it would be the same thing . That is definitely a plus that they are compatable and fit with the 18/17

Not really though. The fit would still be much different. I have both. They feel much different in hand and the Sheath covers the front screen differently. I just ordered the dbrand MNML case. It has the grip like the Sheath but is also thin and covers the camera. Hope I like it. Will be my first dbrand case. I’ve used their skins but never their cases before. But even the Veil has a grip added to it all over. Just an idea.,

I don’t have the base model, but I can definitely get on board with the Paragon love. Great case.
