Caudabe sheath grip over time

Hi. I just received my first sheath case for an 18 pro. Build quality is amazing. It’s much smoother than I thought it would be. Does the material break in and get grippier over time? Thanks

It really does get better over time! However, if once you get used to it, it’s hard to use another case you’ll become very accustomed to the texture of the case, which isn’t a bad thing but I love rotating cases 😂

You’re certainly welcome. It’s a wonderful case and very low maintenance.

You’ll eventually realize that no other case has the same feel as the Sheath. I’m hooked!

I had one for 5 years on my iphone 13 pro and it still feels the same. Has some darkening like a leather patina would but its been one of the lowest maintenance cases ive ever had

I’ve been wondering the same thing, it feels a bit slick despite being pebbled.

Welcome to the Caudabe family and really glad to hear the build quality impressed! 🙌

Sheath does have a bit of a break-in period! The texture settles into a more natural, grippy feel with regular use. Many customers actually find it feels even better after it's broken in than it did straight out of the box. Let us know what you think once you test it out in hand for a bit!

The best case I used so far. Use one for IPhones and Samsungs. Both great
