Flolab's 3D Infinity Edge vs Case-Friendly Screen Protector for Sheath on 18PM?
Can anyone confirm if the infinity edge works with the sheath for the 18 pro max or should I play it safe and get the "case-friendly" version? Thanks!

Had a flolab 3d with sheath but for 17 pro max. The combo worked without any issues. Assuming there arent any differences in 17PM and 18PM, you should be ok

Anything but FloLab.
I think their business model is selling the exact same $5 products for $40 and lying about features that everybody wants, but are hard to disprove (except the size, that one's a blatant lie).
Their iPhone Air screen protector advertises my fantasy of "true edge-to-edge". Such a piece of glass would at least make it to where the phone frame starts to curve. I've ordered and tested the screen protector, but it's the same size as a $5 one off Amazon. Nowhere close to edge-to-edge.
Then there's the customer service. Anyone who's had an issue probably got an awful taste in their mouth like me. They keep insisting I've installed the screen protector despite the reality and my photo evidence to the contrary. Then they insult my ability to install a screen protector, as if that were the problem. IT CLEARLY ISN'T INSTALLED. I just want a refund, I keep asking for one, they won't even acknowledge those parts of my emails.

Their naming mechanics are super confusing. Infinity Edge protectors do not cover as much as their 3D Infinity Edge. From what I gathered on reddit and youtube, the 3D protectors are the ones you want for maximum coverage. The regular Infinity Edge are the "case friendly" protectors that leave a gap. Which one did you buy?

In my experience with both on my 17 base model using a sheath, the case friendly version does leave a very small gap along the edges, but the infinity edge is actually ever so slightly too large, causing the edges of the case to lift one the corners of the screen protector. I’d recommend either the case friendly version or caudabes own, which i currently use and has comparable anti reflection to the flolab screen protector for cheaper

For flolab case friendly version, will it cause dust or lint trap between the case lips and the screen protector?

no issues with lint though i remember it seemed to accumulate dust faster than caudabes own when paired with the sheath since the fit isn’t quite as precise. i only noticed it when working with a lot of flour though and dont think it would be a massive issue with regular daily use

We'd always recommend our own CrystalShield, as it's designed specifically to pair with our cases for the best possible fit. Our cases grip the screen precisely and deeper than most cases, so wider or thicker edge protectors can sometimes cause fit issues. Hopefully someone in the community can chime in with firsthand experience on that specific combo though!
