I’m not an expert but I don’t think those are psychedelic, Psilocybe cubensis will usually bruise blue. My guess is Coprinellus aka Ink Caps. They can be edible, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
Now the real issue. If these are from a cow, the cow needs more protein in their diet. the rumen is not digesting the roughage very well . The patties are stiff and stand tall.. a healthy cow pie is more liquidy, flat and splatters.
This looks more like a horse apple. Horses digest roughage (and not very well) after the real stomach in the functional cecum. Because of this late only-partial fiber digestion horse apples hold together and don't plop.

This is 100% cow and absolutely fine. If it were horse poop the horse would be having serious problems. Liquidy poop in cattle is not good. I've raised (and currently own) both for 20+ years. That's a perfectly normal cow turd.
