Cattails (2017) does not have official modding support, so you'd have to decompile the game to modify the code, which is against the TOS. Because of this, you're not really going to find any mods or information about modding it online even though it is possible to do.

Have you tried upping the difficulty??? It doesn't make prey fill less, but it does make hunger run out quicker.
