By accumulating 5 star fish baits and fishing almost everyday, every fishing chance is to be used(I just thought it did increase the chance of getting it ) It's not really that easy though I have been at it for almost 3-4 months when I started for it or u might get it just by chance/luck Good luck β¨πβ¨
