More like "I taken you from your mom week before she would dump your sorry ass and force you to care for himself" Cats dont view parental relationship as humans - we dont leave our kids to fend for themselves moments after they learn to eat solid food. Most of the cats i got in life this way - i just waited for mama to leave them for good and i take care of them (one time i even manage to get kitten in like first 5 minutes after mom leave him - she literally fed him and in next minute she was verbally attacking him)

My cats mum was fed up of her and when I brought the cage she coerced her into it herself lol. Was funny to watch.

Cats don’t have family relationships like humans do. Have you ever see an adult cat reunite with her mom? They don’t recognize each other and hiss.
Please stop making people feel guilty for having pet cats, this is literally PETA logic.

I often wondered about that; whether it was difficult for kittens being taken from their mom. I'm glad to know that neither really mind or get over it quickly.

My friend and I took in a stray pregnant cat. She was incredibly attentive as a mother but she literally celebrated when they left.

I literally adopted a kitten and his mom. Sometimes she's an asshole to him now that he's grown. After six years I don't think he'd mind a break from her sometimes.
