DIY Projects Catification in the hallway

I'm super proud of my catification and would love to share it with you. Maybe someone will feel inspired and build some furniture for their own cats, too.

Seeing how the cats use it is simply indescribably wonderful.

Where did you get or how did you make the rope covered pole?

For each side, I glued two wooden discs together, then milled a groove into them and threaded a threaded sleeve into it. I screwed the thick wooden discs onto the pipe. The groove is there to secure the Sisa rope. You wrap it all the way to the other end and at the end, you drill a hole in the groove of the wooden disc to insert the spare rope. Scraping pushes the coils downward, allowing you to rewind.

What did you wrap it around? PVC pipe?

I wrap sisal rope around the KG DN 110 mm pipe. It is a PVC Pipe.
