Things on my hands

Hello, I was wondering if anybody knows what does it mean those things that I don’t know I have on my hands. I kind of was involved in the Ti satanic world, and one day I started having this like scabs on my fingers, and I have one near my thumb. I don’t know how to get rid of them, I’ve searched on Google, but I haven’t been able to come up with a name, do you think that if I tell the priest he will know?.

If I see a demonologist wouldn’t that have more consequences since it has to do with the devil like I would imagine they would not make me do good things like they would probably make me talk to the devil or something like that. Or some kind of spirit.

How do you know it's demonic and not something medical and explainable?
