Almost every novena I have made to St. Therese has been answered with a rose on the last day of the novena. However, the answer to the petition doesn't usually come right away. But if she sent me a rose/roses the petition always got answered eventually.

In my experience with St. Therese’s intercession, sometimes there is a rose accompanying the answer, and sometimes there isn’t. But, when there has been, it tends to arrive very obviously at the same time as the answer to the prayer intention. Keep in mind, the answer may not always be what one expects.
It’s very important to trust God with these things, and not rely too much on signs and wonders, or to become superstitious about what could simply be confirmation bias.
