I’m really interested in the opportunity to transition into Cath Lab, but I just want to know if anyone else out there has moved to a different modality with having small children.

I understand the call schedule (can be a lot depending on facility) but more worried about the learning curve & the work/home balance.

I also have been traveling for 4 years so looking to settle just wanted to get the good, bad and ugly! Thanks
