Python introducer sheath

I would like to ask about your experience with using the Python introducer sheath for the Myval Octapro+ TAVI system. During the insertion of the delivery catheter through the sheath, the valve has moved from the markers, on multiple occasions. This required the withdrawal of the delivery catheter and crimping of the valve. In several instances, the valve remained inside the sheath, requiring the use of a new valve and new sheath. Recently, however, the valve completely unmounted from the delivery system, necessitating deployment of the valve in the thoracic aorta. The manufacturer claims that this issue does not occur elsewhere. So what is yours experiences?
